Guest access

Guest(s) will have the unit to themselves. You will have access to use facilities of the condominium such as the pool, gym, playground, and Movie Theater.

→ Paid parking is 50 pesos for the first 3 hours and 10 pesos for every succeeding hour (First come first Serve Basis only)

→ The Pebble: Accessible through the 6th floor. Exit towards the garden and look for the entrance to The Pebble amenities.

BASIC NECESSITIES

→ Lawson 24/7 Convenience Store located at 1st floor Pebble. There are also small nearby stores just outside the Acqua Private Residences gate

→ Garden Jogging Path and Kids' playground are accessible to guests
