These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Booking ShagoCart platform, including services related to flight booking, car rentals, hotel listings, shortlet/space rentals, event venues, and tour packages. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and applicable laws.

1. Service Availability

Booking ShagoCart offers a wide range of services, including flight bookings, car rentals, hotel listings, shortlet/space rentals, event venue bookings, and tour packages. While we strive for uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee continuous availability due to technical issues or scheduled maintenance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking or listing process is accurate and complete. Any misrepresentation of details may lead to the cancellation of services or penalties. You agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.

3. Payment and Pricing

All prices for flights, car rentals, hotel listings, shortlet spaces, event venues, and tour packages are as accurate as possible but subject to change. Payments must be made using the available methods on the platform. Please ensure your payment details are correct to avoid delays or complications. Additional fees, such as taxes and service charges, may apply depending on the service provider’s policies.

4. Booking Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. This confirmation is your proof of booking. It is your responsibility to review all details of your booking or listing, including dates, times, locations, and any additional terms.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the service provider (e.g., airlines, hotels, car rental agencies). It is important to review the specific terms associated with your booking or listing before making changes. Booking ShagoCart will facilitate these changes when possible but cannot guarantee approval by the service provider.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds for cancellations will depend on the specific terms of the service provider. Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees. Booking ShagoCart will process refunds according to the provider’s policies, but it may take up to 10 business days for funds to reflect in your account.

7. Liability

Booking ShagoCart acts as an intermediary between you and service providers (hotels, airlines, rental services, etc.). We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including cancellations, delays, or any service provider’s failure to meet their obligations. Users are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before confirming bookings.

8. Force Majeure

Booking ShagoCart is not responsible for any service disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or any other unforeseen events that prevent the provision of services.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data for the purposes of providing services.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between users and service providers, Booking ShagoCart will act as a mediator to facilitate resolution. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome or assume liability for unresolved disputes. All legal disputes must be handled in accordance with the governing law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of the use of Booking ShagoCart's services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines.

Booking ShagoCart reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
