Affiliate Terms of Service for Booking ShagoCart
1. Introduction
By participating in the Booking ShagoCart Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms outlined in this Affiliate Terms of Service. This program allows participants to earn commissions by referring customers to Booking ShagoCart. Commissions are calculated based on the total purchase made by the referred customer.
2. Eligibility
To become an affiliate, you must register through the Booking ShagoCart Affiliate Program. By enrolling, you confirm that you are of legal age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
3. Commission Structure
Participants in the Affiliate Program are eligible to earn up to 5% of the total purchase value made by their referred customers. The referral must complete the transaction using the unique affiliate link provided to the participant.
4. Affiliate Links
Upon approval, affiliates will receive a unique referral link. This link must be used when promoting Booking ShagoCart services. Any purchases made through this link will qualify for commission.
5. Commission Payouts
Commissions are calculated based on the total value of completed purchases (excluding cancellations, refunds, and taxes). Payments will be made via the payment method provided during registration. Booking ShagoCart reserves the right to delay or withhold payments if fraudulent activity is suspected.
6. Fraud and Abuse
Affiliates are expected to promote Booking ShagoCart services ethically. Any fraudulent activity, including creating false referrals or manipulating the system to increase commissions, will result in the immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
7. Termination
Booking ShagoCart reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its discretion. Affiliates can also terminate their participation by notifying the Booking ShagoCart Affiliate Program team. Upon termination, any pending commissions will be paid according to the terms, provided no violations of this agreement occurred.
8. Changes to the Affiliate Program
Booking ShagoCart reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without notice. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes that may affect their earnings.
9. Limitation of Liability
Booking ShagoCart is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from participation in the Affiliate Program. Affiliates participate at their own risk.
10. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Booking ShagoCart operates. Any disputes arising from participation in the Affiliate Program will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
