2. Agent Responsibilities

• Accurate Listings: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your property or service, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and photos. You must promptly update any changes to ensure the information remains current and accurate.
• Compliance with Laws: Ensure that your property or service complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations, including health and safety standards, zoning laws, and licensing requirements.
• Service Quality: Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness for your property or service, and provide a positive experience for guests or clients.

3. Booking Management

• Reservation Handling: You agree to promptly accept, reject, or manage reservations as per the availability shown on ShagoCart. Ensure timely communication with guests or clients regarding booking confirmations, cancellations, and any changes.
• Cancellation Policy: Adhere to the cancellation policy as specified in your listing. Any changes to this policy must be communicated clearly and updated on the platform.

4. Fees and Payments

• Fees: ShagoCart may charge service fees for listing your property or service on the platform. These fees will be specified on the platform and are subject to change with notice.
• Payments: Payments for bookings will be processed through ShagoCart's payment system. You agree to receive payments according to the payout schedule provided and accept any applicable payment processing fees.

5. Use of the ShagoCart Platform

• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, fraud, misrepresentation, or harassment.

• License: By listing your property or service, you grant ShagoCart a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote your listing and related content on the platform and in marketing materials.

7. Liability and Indemnity

• Liability: ShagoCart is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of your use of the platform or any interactions between you and guests or clients. You are solely responsible for any issues arising from your property or service.
• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold ShagoCart harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, including any breach of these Terms.

8. Termination

• Termination by ShagoCart: ShagoCart reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform if you violate these Terms or if ShagoCart determines that such action is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.
• Termination by Agent: You may terminate your account at any time by following the platform’s procedures for account deactivation.
